I’m Jeffrey Greene. I spent 15+ years in retail leadership and customer experience, where performance wasn’t a talking point; it was the job. That experience shaped how I work today: start with the business decision, define success clearly, and build outputs that people can actually use.
Now I focus on growth analytics across the customer lifecycle—segmentation, experimentation, churn prevention, and performance reporting. My toolkit is SQL for reliable datasets, Python (and some R) for analysis, and Tableau/Power BI for dashboards that drive action. If you want insights that land—and stick—we’ll get along.
