Playbooks
How I make analytics operational
Dashboards are only useful when they drive behavior. These playbooks capture how I work: clear definitions, repeatable processes, and decisions that can be measured.
Experimentation Playbook
Hypotheses, primary + guardrail metrics, test readouts, and rollout rules built for teams that ship.
Signature: If you can’t say “so we should…”, it’s not an insight.
Lifecycle / CRM Playbook
Segment → message → measure. Tiered actions, holdouts, and guardrails so retention lift is real—not wishful thinking.
Signature: Incentives are a scalpel, not a confetti cannon.
KPI Dictionary + Governance
Definitions that don’t change mid‑meeting. QA checks, ownership, and a reporting cadence stakeholders trust.
Signature: Trusted data beats fancy visuals every time.
KPI framework I reuse
North Star (choose per project): Revenue, Retention, Conversion, or Profit
Primary KPI: clearly defined formula
Supporting metrics: 2–4 max
Guardrails: 2–3 (margin %, refunds, unsubscribes, support tickets)
Cadence: weekly ops + monthly strategy
Ownership: Growth (decision) + Analytics (definition) + Ops (execution)
